Equipment Rental Agreement

This Party Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on _____________, by and between GG's All-In-One Services, LLC ("Lessor" or "Company") and the undersigned customer ("Lessee").

The Lessor agrees to rent to the Lessee the party equipment described below ("Equipment"):

The rental period shall begin on _____________ and end on _____________. All Equipment must be returned by the agreed return time unless otherwise approved in writing by the Lessor.

Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

Full payment is due prior to or at the time of pickup/delivery unless otherwise agreed. Security deposits will be returned after inspection of the Equipment, provided all terms of this Agreement are met.

Lessee agrees to:

• Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose
• Not alter, modify, or sublease the Equipment
• Keep the Equipment in Lessee’s possession and control at all times
• Ensure adult supervision for all Equipment at events involving children

Lessee acknowledges that all Equipment is received in clean, safe, and working condition and agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

CLEANING REQUIREMENT:

• All Equipment must be returned clean, free of food, candy, spills, stains, tape, confetti, dirt, or debris.
• If Equipment is returned unclean, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Cleaning Fee:

• Standard Cleaning Fee: $__________ (or determined based on condition)
• Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges

Lessee is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault.

Charges may include:

• Repair costs
• Replacement costs (at full replacement value)
• Loss of rental income

• Cancellations must be made at least ______ hours/days before the rental date to receive a refund.
• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• No refunds for early returns.

Lessee assumes all risk associated with the use of the Equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GG's All-In-One Services, LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the Equipment.
